Suite aux visionnage de plusieurs vidéos sur YouTube. Je suis allé rendre visite à Vincent de Guitar Tech pour essayer différents modèles de guitare. Déjà possesseur d’une guitare sigma, j’étais intéressé par les modèles que Guitar Tech proposait et notamment leurs modèles en édition limitée.

En tant que débutant, j'ai d'abord découvert Guitar Tech sur la chaîne YouTube. Habitant à Toulouse, je me suis ensuite rendu à la boutique. J'ai été formidablement bien accueilli et conseillé. Merci à Tim pour sa gentillesse et pour le temps qu’il m’a accordé. Il m’a présenté sa sélection de guitares qui correspondait parfaitement à ce que je recherchais. J'ai craqué pour une Sigma 000-M15. Le gros plus de cette boutique, c'est qu'elle est tenue par des luthiers qui connaissent parfaitement leur métier et c'est très rassurant. Je reconnais que la guitare une fois finement réglée par leur soin, et pour le même prix, est vraiment facile à jouer. Fini le mal aux doigts malgré les cordes métalliques. J'ai pu passer ensuite pas mal de temps à discuter avec Vincent. Un gars vraiment super et passionné, qui donne du sens à son métier. Jai vraiment apprécié cet échange. Merci encore à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. Vous l'avez compris, je ne peux que fortement conseiller Guitar Tech, qui est bien plus qu’un simple magasin de guitares.

Sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs voir le meilleur luthier et guitare shop de France. J'ai commandé ma première guitare chez eux après avoir vue une des vidéo de Vincent sur la Sigma triple 0 15. Aujourd'hui cette guitare fait partie de ma vie c'est comme une part de moi même et de guitare tech qui à su accordé un soin exceptionnel à ce morceau de bois, chantant leurs travail et émotions un grand merci à eux pour les émotions que je ressens aujourd'hui en jouant avec ma guitare.L'équipe est très agréable à l'écoute et de très bon conseil. Ce sont de vrais experts dans le domaine. Les services et la qualité de leur travail est exceptionnel, que ce soit aussi bien sûr place ou en passant commande en ligne. Vincent fait des vidéos youtube hyper intéressante qui nous permettent de nous faire une idée de ce qu'ils fond et bien plus. Un énorme coup de coeur pour ma part. C'est un 5 étoiles amplement mérité si je pouvais j'en mettrai encore bien plus.

Je suis allé aujourd'hui chez guitar Tech pour le réglage de ma guitare acoustique acquise récemment , après vérification de l'équipe celle ci était parfaitement réglée. Verdict pas besoin d'y toucher !

Retour sur un sav parfait, j'avais un petit soucis avec mon premier réglage, je l'ai signalé, Guitar Tech m'a envoyé une étiquette de retour à leurs frais le problème a été réglé avec deux fois plus de soins par Vincent lui même, je peux affirmer que faire mieux c'est impossible, je connais d'autres luthiers plus chevronnés mais Vincent est vraiment doué, je lui ai posé un " chalenge amical" il le remporte avec succés .

After contacting the site in mid-November to find out if it had the new Transacoustic Yamaha TAG 3C guitar, Vincent the manager told me that he did not know about this very recent new model but that he was contacting the people at Yamaha for delay. A few days later he called me back and informed me that he had the possibility of picking one up (very little availability currently) and we closed the deal. Received the guitar on 12/20, well packaged, all prepared by Guitar Tech. Superb guitar, very playful and a very good sound. Very happy to have gone through Guitar Tech, very friendly and professional welcome. I recommend without reservation. Happy end of the year to the whole team and all the best for 2025.

I went to Guitar Tech today for a little ground problem on my Telecaster, and I really wasn't disappointed! The welcome was excellent from the moment I arrived, with very attentive staff who took the time to take care of me immediately. In just 30 minutes, my problem was resolved, and I left with a big smile, happy to be able to find my guitar in perfect condition.
What particularly struck me was the human approach above all: the emphasis is placed on the relationship with the customer, more than on the purely commercial aspect. It's rare and so appreciable! The person who helped me was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I discovered this workshop thanks to a YouTube video and I was immediately won over by the quality of the service offered. In all honesty, I have absolutely no regrets about having made the trip. If you have a problem with your guitar or are looking for somewhere you can trust, I highly recommend Guitar Tech!

After discovering Guitare Tech via its YouTube channel, I was convinced to place my order with this guitar specialist and I was not disappointed. Vincent is available on the phone and takes the time to explain the entire sales "process" to you (selection, control, adjustment and careful shipping). It is possible to personalize its settings according to your playing style. The DT 28H guitar is great and arrived without any problem at my home, very good choice of carrier.
Regarding the settings, I am very satisfied, the guitar is directly easy to play.
For a replica of the Martin D28, the sound of the SIGMA DT28H is magnificent with the Vapor Shield strings, it is a great Guitar for those on a tight budget but want a sound that is close to Martin.
Thank you again for your quality work in your workshops. I therefore recommend this site for online purchases of guitars or other accessories.

First visit to Guitar Tech and a little disappointment when I learn that Vincent is not there until the end of next week because I really wanted to meet him. However, Dimitri ensures the welcome and Fabien takes over. I give it an approximate budget, my preferences in terms of shape and desired sound quality and the model I had targeted (SIGMA 15 000M series). Fabien sets me up in a studio and brings me the SIGMA and 2 other guitars which seem to meet my expectations. He gives me the main characteristics of each and lets me test them as well as a SIGMA 15 S000M which he submits to me even though it is double the planned budget. He really gave me the time I needed to compare the models while remaining available for any additional information if necessary.
Two guitars stood out: the SIGMA 15 S000M and especially a GUILD OM120 on which I completely fell in love. I then expected to pay and leave with my guitar. Well no !! It went through the workshop for a complete cleaning, oiling and adjustments before I was asked to try it again to see if it suited me perfectly!!
I left the store happy like a teenager (unfortunately I'm far from it since I'm 68 years old...) who has just acquired his first beautiful guitar!! My purchase was made a week ago and I am very satisfied with it. This guitar perfectly meets my expectations and I find it great.
I really congratulate the GUITAR TECH team who were at the top 👌
All that remains is to meet Vincent when he returns so that my satisfaction is complete (next Tuesday probably because he will be back 😀)

After browsing all the Guitartech videos on Youtube to buy a first folk guitar, not being sure of my choice, I called the store and Dimitri gave me very good advice on the choice of guitar and strings. Ordering was very easy and delivery fast. The guitar (Sigma OOOM-15) is very good, with beginner tuning done by the store and new strings installed. It's been 10 days since I had fun with my new vintage Sire Larry Carlton S7 ordered from Guitar Tech. Would the gaming pleasure be the same if I had bought it elsewhere? I can't say, however, the settings made on the instrument before sending are perfect (for me anyway!). After a few telephone conversations, the team did what was necessary to deliver to me on the desired date, the packaging was done with care and there were even a few picks offered for the occasion. The same evening that I received the guitar, I sent an email late to ask a quick question about the vibrato and I received the answer at... 1 a.m.! You will have to notify Google to update the store hours 😉 You have the right to sleep too, at Guitar Tech!
Bottom line: gold customer service and a perfectly processed instrument... what more could you ask for?

So I order online with the rope set that was recommended to me.
The guitar must have had a glue defect in the pickguard, I just wanted the excess glue to be removed but I think whoever took care of the guitar really put it back, what more could you ask for?! 😁
And finally receipt of my order a day before the scheduled date, of course guitar tuned to the best, impressive ease of playing, knowing that once again I am a beginner.

I don't know what to say because I'm so satisfied with my experience with Guitar Tech, I discovered their site thanks to Vincent's videos on YouTube and their concept immediately convinced me, I absolutely couldn't see myself passing by once again. more by a large brand like Woodbrass or Thomann, for me it was obvious and I am absolutely not disappointed, they are incredibly professional and kind, the follow-up by telephone was great, they took the time to answer my questions and did everything to ensure that I was delivered before Christmas despite my late order (late yesterday morning and I received it this morning, what could be better).

Increasingly difficult to find in Toulouse, a store that offers guitars in store that you can test before buying and not a simple marketplace. I fell for a Yamaha FG5. I have been looking to acquire an electro-acoustic guitar for some time. The specialized stores near me not having convinced me, I took advantage of my visit to Toulouse to visit the Guitartech store that I discovered via Vincent's videos. I was very well received and advised by Vincent who listened to me carefully and then made me try a selection of guitars. He didn't hesitate to adjust a guitar live for my test. In the end I chose one of the models offered in acoustic (yamaha fg5) which I ordered in an electro version. Vincent received it, paid for and shipped in record time by chronopost express. Received perfectly adjusted according to my tastes. And all this for a price lower than those offered by the big names in the sale of instruments on the internet. I therefore highly recommend this store with real professionals, friendly and passionate, even if you live far from Toulouse like me.

Until I fell in love with a little Cort that Dimitri ordered for me.
A great experience. Advice, benevolence, human what.
And just enough accompaniment and time alone to be able to try the instruments quietly. The lounge provided for this purpose and very nice!

Very bad experience. Professional musician, I left my guitar and therefore my work tool, for wiring. Vincent, very sure of himself, assured me that he would take care of it. For two weeks, not the shadow of a news, not a call to inform me of the situation, nothing. I went to retrieve my guitar yesterday: it was not touched.
I am very disappointed, I wasted my time, and apparently it doesn't just happen to me. One of my students bought a guitar from them which was faulty. He brought her back the same day and has had absolutely no news for over two weeks.
If you are looking for a store that sells to sell, go to them. But if you are looking for professionalism, avoid!

Étant à a recherche d'une guitare SIGMA je suis "tombé par hasard, il y a quelques semaines sur une vidéo "youtube" diffusant une demo sur les guitares SIGMA; j'ai donc appelé le magasin ou j'ai été fort bien accueilli (ce n'est pas le cas partout, loin de là) Tout de suite j'ai vu que Vincent, le "patron" était un passionné! Il m'a merveilleusement bien renseigné sur le modèle que je recherchais (une sigma SDR 28)et surtout il m' a rassuré sur la qualité de l'envoi via internet! Vincent a pris son temps et n'a pas hésité à me rappeler pour me donner des compléments d'informations ( rares de nos jours !)

Tout simplement, merci pour le beau travail de restauration réalisé sur ma p'tite Aria. Je ne regrette vraiment pas de l'avoir confiée à cet atelier de lutherie ; n'étant pas de Toulouse, j'ai dû patienter pour pouvoir venir la récupérer mais Dimitri m'a tenue régulièrement informée de l'avancée de son travail en me faisant parvenir photos et explications 👍👍 . Vincent et Dimitri forment une équipe fort sympathique et toujours de bon conseil !

C'est en jouant avec ma superbe guitare achetée chez eux que je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais jamais laissé un commentaire bien mérité sur cette boutique. Alors je me rattrape deux mois plus tard. Je me suis rendue chez Guitar Tech fin mars, à la recherche d'une nouvelle guitare et de conseils, car je suis complètement novice (je ne compte pas les 2 3 leçons de guitare à l'époque du lycée hein...). Après un premier appel avec Vincent, où le feeling est très bien passé, je me suis rendue sur place. Il n'y avait pas trop de monde, donc je suis restée plus d'une heure dans la boutique. C'est Dimitri qui m'a prise en charge et qui a pris le temps de me montrer plusieurs guitares, de m'expliquer les spécificités, de me laisser les essayer. J'ai été installée dans une petite pièce prévue pour laisser les clients essayer les instruments. J'ai finalement choisi ma pépite et Dimitri m'a changé les cordes assez rapidement (je suis gauchère), tout en papotant. Nous avons bien discuté de musique, de guitare, il m'a donné plein de conseils. Je suis ressortie totalement satisfaite et ravie de ma guitare et des accessoires qui vont avec. Je recommande à 200% cette boutique, et c'est clairement chez eux que je ferai l'entretien de ma guitare.

Un service client absolument imbattable. Ils ont réparé une basse accoustique que je croyais morte depuis longtemps. Pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Après la réparation le sillet s'est cassé, ils l'ont changé (difficilement) et l'ont considéré un SAV. J'ai rarement vu des commerçants aussi cool. Tous mes futurs achats passeront par eux. 10/10

Un après-midi de novembre 2020, je pousse la porte du magasin-atelier et immédiatement je ressens ce bien-être spécial, et si précieux, qui règne dans tous les lieux de musique à taille humaine. Après les présentations, Dimitri va me chercher la guitare pour laquelle je venais, une Martin Junior que je voulais essayer avant d'en envisager l'achat (normal).
Après m'avoir offert un café, il m'installe dans un petit salon avec l'instrument et me laisse seul à mes essais. D'emblée, je ne suis pas vraiment emballé par le son (c'est toujours une affaire personnelle et comme en plus je suis quelqu'un de difficile), pourtant la guitare est d'une très belle facture, du Martin, quoi. Bref, pas le coup de foudre que j'espérais. Mais je suis resté plus d'une heure au cours de laquelle Dimitri m'a proposé à l'essai 5 guitares de marques diverses sans qu'à aucun moment je n'aie senti la pression du "marchand qui veut vendre à tout prix".
Mais toujours rien, je me répète mais je suis difficile ! J'ai finalement pris congé, un peu déçu de devoir rentrer bredouille et gêné d'avoir été le client ch..nt, mais en tous cas enchanté de l'accueil. C'est malheureusement la loi du commerce. Et Dimitri est justement un très bon commerçant, dans le vrai sens du terme. Le luthier de Toulouse !!!Super accueil ,a l écoute ,des bons conseils .Vraiment n hésite surtout pas a aller les voir .Ils m ont réparé et réglé deux folk japonaises des années 70 a la perfection.

Très professionnel pour conseiller au mieux selon les besoins ou trouver des solutions à des problèmes (il m'a aidé pour l'installation de micros qui n'étaient pas adapté à ma guitare). Excellent ! J'ai déposé ma 8 cordes en fin de vie et Dimitri (si je me souviens bien de son nom) lui a donné une seconde jeunesse. Elle a un son incroyable maintenant.
